Glass mat, 10 m2, 450 g / m2

Glass fiber is the most widely used reinforcing material for making laminates using the "hand lay-up" method. The glass fibers are cross-connected with each other and are held together by a binder. This binder dissolves in Styrene (i.a. Polyester resin), and therefore it may be much desired shapes assumed during lamination. Glass fiber mat 450 gr / m 2 is most often used for, among other coverings, molded parts, swimming pools, ponds, etc.
